All orders typically ship in approximately 14 business days, based on current availability. Please contact us before ordering if you need your cookies by a specific date. Please note, additional processing and shipping fees may apply for expedited processing.

Unfortunately, we CANNOT guarantee delivery times. Occasionally carrier delays may occur, but we do our best to make sure you get your package in a timely manner and ship with at least 1 extra transit day (if time allows)! Should a carrier delay occur, please contact us right away so that we can help coordinate with the carrier. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges- but please, contact us if there are any issues with your order!We accept cancellations for a limited window:

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order! If it has been more than 12 hours, you can still reach out to request a cancellation; if we haven't already started processing your order, we will do our best to cancel.
